Due to the nature of the legal services provided by Quality Solutions, the client may be asked to provide personal information or sensitive information during the development of the serviced hired by the client. The information collected or keep in our records will not be transferred to any third parties and will be used solely for the purposes for which it was requested.
The personal information you may provide to Quality Solutions in the information request form, contact form, contracts, agreements, or any other means; is collected with the sole purpose of providing the service hired by the client. Any personal information submitted to Quality Solutions will not be shared, sold, or otherwise transferred, to a third-party source.
In recognition of the foregoing, Quality Solutions agrees and covenants that it shall:
(i) keep and maintain all Personal Information in strict confidence, using such degree of care as is appropriate to avoid unauthorized access, use or disclosure;
(ii) use and disclose Personal Information solely and exclusively for the purposes for which the Personal Information, or access to it, is provided pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and not use, sell, rent, transfer, distribute, or otherwise disclose or make available Personal Information for Quality Solutions’ own purposes or for the benefit of anyone other than Client, in each case, without Customer’s prior written consent; and
(iii) not, directly or indirectly, disclose Personal Information to any person other than its Authorized Employees, including any, subcontractors, agents, outsourcers or auditors, without express written consent from Customer unless and to the extent required by Government Authorities.
